3.- PRICES
Prices include the corresponding (21%) V.A.T.
In some ways of payment, there may be additional management costs.
4.- TECHNICAL FEATURES
All our karting tracks are outdoor, so we are subject to weather conditions.
Any service offered and sold that does not have a reservation already made. This must be done by phone or mail in case to be a product that requires reservation, otherwise the reservation itself will be made in the facilities.
5.- SHIPPING AND TERMS OF USE
The delivery of the contracted services is sent by email. And they have a term of use of 6 months from the date of their acquisition.
6.- WARRANTY
Eventskarts.com guarantees the quality of its own services offered on this website, not those are offered by third parties under our name or brands.
7.- CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
The payment will be made through the different ways of Credit cards by Sabadell Bank virtual platform, the online PayPal platform or bank transfer to the Bank Sabadell´s current account. If you prefer to pick up your order at one of our facilities, you can also pay in cash at the time of collection.
8.- PLACE OF DELIVERY, JURISDICTION AND LEGAL ADVICE
By general rule the orders will be delivered by e-mail in on only shipment per order, but in case that any service could not be served in that moment for extraordinary reasons, we could do partial shipments.
9.- SPECIAL OFFERS
Promotions, special prices of offers are valid until the exhaustion of the services offered. It the order cannot be made, because the chosen product is sold out we will contact to our costumer.

11.- RIGHT OF REVOCATION
The Art. 44 of the Law 7/1996, 15th of January, of Retail Management, gives to the costumer the right to revoke the requested order within 14 days of receiving it, by email addressed to: info@eventskarts.com, with a refund of the price that would have paid by itself.
The product must be returned with all the products you want to return without using the service or having made copies for the returned voucher.
12.- ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS
1.- It is prohibited to send advertising or promotional communications by mail or other equivalent electronic communication. That would not be previously requested and authorized by the recipients of these ones.
2.- All disposed of the previous section shall not apply when there will be a prior contractual relationship, provided that the supplier has obtained in a lawful way the contacts of the recipient and will use them to send commercial information concerning products or services of his own company that are similar to those that were initially subjected by contract with the client.
